How Heavenly Vercruysse handles personal data on this site.
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Who is responsible
Heavenly Vercruysse, established in Belgium, is the controller for personal data on heavenlyvercruysse.com. Company number BE 1044.509.163. Questions about your data: info@heavenlyvercruysse.com.
Which data
The contact form collects what you type yourself: your name, email address, brand or company, a link to your website or socials, what you are looking for, a timing and your message.
The server can also see technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you request and the time. Those logs keep the site available and secure. They are not used to build a profile of you.
Contact form
The form is processed via Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Web3Forms receives your message and delivers it by email to Heavenly Vercruysse. Web3Forms is the processor for that step. This website does not store the message in its own database, and you are not added to a newsletter.
The legal basis is article 6(1)(b) GDPR, because this is a step you asked for before a possible collaboration. Where that does not fit, the basis is the legitimate interest in answering a brand's enquiry (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
More on how Web3Forms handles data: Web3Forms privacy policy.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a web server operated for this website. The operator can look at server logs for a limited time to stop abuse and keep the site online. Logs are kept only briefly and then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics tool is installed, and the site sets no tracking cookies. Your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key hv-consent) and is not sent to a server. Functional storage is always on: it only remembers that choice.
Analytics is opt-in. If a tool such as Google Analytics 4 or Plausible is added later, it loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting, or not choosing yet, means no analytics is loaded. The details are in the cookie policy.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and handle a collaboration, and after that no longer than needed for administration or a possible dispute. The cookie choice stays on your device until you clear it or change it through Cookie settings.
Who data is shared with
Your data is not sold. It only goes to the parties that run the site: the host, and Web3Forms for the form. They may use the data only to provide that service.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent for analytics as easily as you gave it, through Cookie settings in the footer.
Send your request to info@heavenlyvercruysse.com. I reply within a reasonable time, and at the latest within the period the GDPR requires.
Complaint to the Belgian DPA
You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, GBA/APD), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, at www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
Changes
This policy can change when the site changes, for example when analytics is added. The date above is the latest version.
